Ordering
＋What is your MOQ?
One 20' container (MOQ 1×20'GP). Mixed products, thicknesses and colours within the container are welcome — we optimise the loading plan for you.
＋Can I order custom sizes?
Yes. Standard sizes are 1220×2440 mm and 1250×2500 mm; custom lengths, widths and thicknesses are available. Some custom specs carry a minimum order quantity.
＋Do you offer OEM / private label?
Yes — your logo on film faced sheets, packaging and pallet labels. Send us your logo artwork (AI/PDF) and requirements.
＋Can I get cut-to-size parts?
Yes, we supply CNC-cut components and edge-banded parts against your cutting list (DXF/PDF).
Samples
＋Are samples free?
A4-size samples are free of charge. The courier cost is collected — and refunded on your first order.
＋Can I get colour swatches?
Yes, we can courier a melamine/HPL colour book or selected swatches for faced panels.
＋How fast can I receive samples?
Samples ship within 3–5 working days; courier transit is typically 5–8 days depending on destination.
Payment & Delivery
＋What payment terms do you accept?
30% T/T deposit + 70% balance against B/L copy, or L/C at sight. Terms may vary for long-term partners.
＋What is the lead time?
15–30 days after deposit and artwork confirmation
＋Which Incoterms do you support?
FOB / CIF. Lianyungang / Qingdao, China (or as required).
＋How is the product packed?
Export standard pallet packing (inner moisture-proof film + outer plywood/steel straps); custom packing & logo printing on request
Quality & Documents
＋Which export documents do you provide?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin; fumigation certificates for wooden pallets where required.
＋Can I inspect before shipment?
Absolutely — third-party inspection (SGS/BV/TUV) or your own representative is welcome. We also provide live video inspection.
＋Are you ISPM-15 compliant?
Our pallets are heat-treated and stamped per ISPM-15 where required. LVL packing bearers are heat-processed during production.
