Product overview
Film faced plywood is coated on both faces with phenolic or melamine impregnated film, bonded with WBP glue. It resists water, abrasion and cement corrosion, and produces a smooth, high-quality concrete cast.
It is the standard panel for concrete formwork in building and infrastructure projects. Edges are sealed with waterproof paint to extend service life.

Dynea brown 120–220 g/m² with WBP phenolic glue is the most common spec for construction projects; black film and logo film are popular for branding on site.
＋How many reuses can I expect?
Reuse depends on film weight, glue, core density and handling. Higher film weights and phenolic glue give the longest service life — we will recommend a spec matched to your project.
