Applications
Which panel for which job?
We supply six industries from the same mill. Find your application below — each section links straight to the recommended products and the specs that matter.
Concrete Formwork
Panels that survive few pours swell, delaminate and stick to concrete — costing you time and money on every cycle.
Our recommendation: Choose WBP phenolic glue and 120–240 g/m² film by reuse requirement; keep edges sealed and use release oil-free demoulding with PP film.
Furniture & Cabinets
Cabinet bodies need stable, ready-to-use panels; door fronts need premium faces that survive daily use.
Our recommendation: Use MDF for routed doors and shaped parts, MR particle board for humid kitchens, HPL or PETG for worktops and high-traffic surfaces.
Interior Decoration
Visible surfaces demand consistent grain, clean finish and low formaldehyde for hotels, offices and homes.
Our recommendation: Match veneer batches per project; specify E0/E1 grades for enclosed interiors; UV boards arrive ready to install without on-site lacquering.
Packaging & Logistics
Packing bearers crack under load, and ISPM-15 treatment delays shipments.
Our recommendation: LVL bearers replace solid wood with higher, more uniform strength and simpler export compliance; plywood crates resist humidity better than solid wood.
Truck & Vehicle Bodies
Flooring panels must resist impact, moisture and heavy point loads season after season.
Our recommendation: Hexagon antislip HPL surface for safe footing; choose hardwood or birch core for the highest point-load resistance.
Light Timber Structures
Sawn joists twist and crown; long spans are heavy and inconsistent.
Our recommendation: LVL flanges with OSB webs deliver straighter floors and longer spans at lower weight; pre-formed service holes speed up installation.
