Quality you can verify — not just a claim
Every panel passes six controlled stages before packing. We welcome third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TUV or your own representative) before shipment.
QC Process
Six quality gates in our production flow
1. Raw material sorting
Veneer sorted by species, thickness and grade before composing; core veneer moisture measured on arrival.
2. Glue spreading & composing
Glue spread rate checked per batch; lay-up supervised to keep core gaps and overlaps under control.
3. Hot pressing
Pressure, temperature and time logged per cycle to match the glue system (MR / E1 / E0 / WBP).
4. Sanding & trimming
Calibration sanding to thickness tolerance; edges trimmed square to size.
5. Surface finishing
Putty filling, repair and face veneer inspection for grade consistency.
6. Final grading & packing
Panels graded against the agreed standard; moisture re-checked; packed on export pallets with edge protection.
Testing
What we test, and how

Certificates
Certificates & test reports
We are refreshing our certification documentation. Formal certificates and third-party test reports will be published here as they are re-issued.
In the meantime, we operate our production and export process under an ISO 9001-style quality management workflow, and we support:
- ✔ Third-party pre-shipment inspection (SGS / BV / TUV / your representative)
- ✔ Factory audits — on-site or by video call
- ✔ Production samples and lab test arrangements against your order requirements
We do not publish certificates we cannot provide — ask our sales team for the current document status for your specific order.
